Artículo primero. Apruébase, con modificaciones, el Acuerdo número 001 de 15 de enero de 1970, originario del Consejo Intendencial del Caquetá, así: "ACUERDO NUMERO 001 DE 1970 (enero 15) por el cual se fija el presupuesto de rentas y gastos de la Intendencia Nacional del Caquetá, para la vigencia fiscal comprendida entre el 1° de abril de 1970 y el 30 de marzo de 1971. El Consejo Intendencial del Caquetá, en uso de sus atribuciones legales, y en especial de las que le confiere la Ley 2 a de 1943 y sus Decretos reglamentarios números 2451 del mismo año y 3272 de 1962, acuerda:
