ARTICULO 3.8.2.11.- CATEGORIAS DE TRABAJADORES. Para efectos de determinar el aporte legal voluntario y la correspondiente contribución de la empresa, a que se refiere el artículo 3.8.2.5. del presente Estatuto, en el Acta Orgánica del respectivo fondo podrán preverse varias categorías de trabajadores en función de factores objetivos que, a juicio del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas, sean compatibles con la naturaleza y finalidad de los fondos mutuos de inversión.
