Art. Único . Aprúebase el convenio celebrado el dia 3 de diciembre de 1873 entre el Secretario de Relaciones Esteriores, a nombre del Poder Ejecutivo, i el señor Alejandro Mancini, Encargado de los Negocios de la Legacion de Francia en esta capital, a nombre de los señores Heurtematte, Fletcher i compañía, sobre el pago de tres mil pesos ($3.000) con sus intereses, procedentes del empréstito que los señores Heurtematte, Fletcher i compañía hicieron al Gobierno el dia 10 de abril de 1861.
