Cuando no se hubiere constituido parte civil y se condene al procesado, la responsabilidad no podrá ser discutida en el proceso civil, debiendo limitarse éste a la clase y monto de los perjuicios.

NOTA: Para los delitos cometidos con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2005 rige la Ley 906 de 2004, con sujecion al proceso de implementacion establecido en su artículo 530.
