Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.2.5.13. del Decreto 1073 de 2015, el cual quedará así:

“Artículo 2.2.2.5.13. Orden de Prioridad de los Proyectos de Infraestructura Elegibles. La Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética - UPME, establecerá un orden de prioridad de los proyectos de infraestructura elegibles, teniendo en cuenta los siguientes criterios:

Parágrafo

La Unidad de Planeación Minero Energética - UPME, definirá y adoptará la metodología de cálculo de un indicador de prioridad que involucre los criterios definidos en este artículo.”
