Artículo décimo. Solo las entidades que funcionan como compañías de seguros autorizadas legalmente por la Superintendencia Bancaria para trabajar en el ramo podrán asumir los riesgos que cubran los seguros reglamentados por este Decreto, los cuales se celebrarán directamente entre el tomador y el asegurador.
