º Los Registradores municipales del Estado Civil, o sus delegados, serán los encargados de tramitar las solicitudes de expedición de la Tarjeta de Identidad. Para ello procederán de acuerdo con las normas de este Decreto y las instrucciones o pormenores técnicos y procedimentales que señale la Registradora Nacional del Estado Civil.
