El fabricante o importador de bebidas alcohólicas, cigarrillos y tabacos, que omita en sus productos las leyendas a que se refieren los artículos 16 y 17 de la presente Ley, incurrirá en multa en cuantía de diez (10) a cincuenta (50) salarios mínimos mensuales.
