Ejerce ilegalmente la profesión de Diseñador Industrial y, por lo tanto, incurrirán en las sanciones previstas para la respectiva infracción, las personas que, sin haber llenado los requisitos de la Ley 157 de 1994, del presente Decreto y los establecidos en normas especiales, practiquen dicha profesión, así como la persona que mediante avisos, propaganda, anuncios profesionales, instalaciones de oficinas, fijación de placas, murales o en cualquier otra forma, actué o se anuncie como Diseñador Industrial, sin poseer tal calidad.
