Los funcionarios del Sistema Nacional de Salud que prestan sus servicios permanentemente en la operación de equipos de Rayos X, deberán disfrutar de quince (15) días hábiles de vacaciones por cada seis (6) meses de servicios prestados, que serán decretados oficialmente por el organismo o entidad. Dicho período no es acumulable, siendo por tanto obligación su disfrute a partir de la fecha en que se adquiere derecho a él.
