Las Asambleas Generales de las Cooperativas elegirán cada año dos Auditores con sus respectivos suplentes, que integraran la Junta de Vigilancia de las mismas; tendrán a su cargo el examen de las operaciones y cuentas de la sociedad y cumplir los demás deberes y obligaciones que establezcan los estatutos, rindiendo informes de sus labores a la Asamblea General.
