La Nación podrá pagar igualmente al Departamento de Caldas, en bonos del 8 por 100, las sumas que haya invertido o invierta sobre cuentas debidamente comprobadas en la carretera nacional de Cambao-San Lorenzo-Líbano-Manizales- Cartago-Pereira-Armenia, de que trata el artículo 1° de la Ley 76 de 1928 , si el Departamento aceptare esta forma de pago.
