Extiéndese a los fondos de empleados las disposiciones consagradas en el Decreto 937 de 1979 sobre validez del pago del auxilio de cesantías o al préstamo sobre éstas de los trabajadores particulares con destino a la adquisición, construcción, mejora o liberación de bienes raíces destinados a su vivienda.
