En el patio principal de la Universidad se erigirán, a costa de la Nación, los bustos del Libertador y del General Francisco de Paula Santander, fundadores de ella. El Gobierno contratará oportunamente la fundición de los dos bustos, cuyo precio no podrá exceder de la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000).
