ARTICULO 120. Violación de tregua o armisticio. El que violare o desconociere tratado, tregua o armisticio acordados entre la República y un Estado enemigo, o entre las fuerzas beligerantes, y no aceptare salvo conducto debidamente expedido, incurrirá en prisión de seis (6) meses a cinco (5) años.
