Art. 88. Los finiquitos de los responsables en oficinas subalternas los expedirán bajo su responsabilidad los Jefes de las principales en que se hayan incorporado las cuentas de los subalternos, después de ser éstas examinadas glosadas y fenecidas por aquéllos. Copia de dichos finiquitos se pasará á la Oficina general para que sea publicada y para los efectos del artículo 1393 del Código Fiscal.
