Art 1° Autorizase al jefe Civil y Militar del Departamento de Panamá para hacer acuña, en la forma que lo estime conveniente, hasta cantidad de $20,000 en monedas de níquel de a cinco centavos, y hasta la de $10,000 en monedas de cobre de a dos y medio centavos.
