º. Utilización de las rentas obtenidas en el ejercicio del monopolio de licores una vez cubiertas las necesidades en salud y educación . Aquellos departamentos cuyas necesidades en salud y educación estén cubiertas en su totalidad, de acuerdo con la información que suministre para el efecto el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, DNP, podrán destinar rentas obtenidas en el ejercicio del monopolio de licores a atender otras áreas de necesidades básicas insatisfechas.
