º. Autorización a Ecopetrol. La Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, señalará los aspectos operativos, plazos y condiciones que permitan llevar a cabo el programa de venta definido en este Decreto, con sujeción a las normas que regulan el mercado público de valores. Con tal fin divulgará los avisos o reglamentos a que haya lugar, en coordinación con las bolsas de valores y mediante periódicos de amplia circulación.
