La nacionalización de los planteles de educación básica primaria, básica secundaria y media vocacional, costeado por el Departamento del Cesar y los municipios se asumirá en forma similar por la Nación, tan pronto como se terminen las negociaciones que emanen de la aplicación en materia educativa del nuevo régimen concordatario.
