Dentro de los cuatro primeros meses de cada año, los beneficiarios deben presentar un informe detallado sobre las labores realizadas hasta el 31 de diciembre del año anterior, sea cual fuere la fecha de iniciación de período del permiso. Dichos informes se presentarán de conformidad con la guía de términos de referencia que expida para tal fin la Dirección General de Minas o la dependencia que haga sus veces.
