RETIRO POR LLAMAMIENTO A CALIFICAR SERVICIOS O POR VOLUNTAD DEL GOBIERNO. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional sólo podrán ser retirados por llamamiento a calificar servicios o por voluntad del Gobierno o de la Dirección General, según el caso, después de haber cumplido quince (15) años de servicio, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 128 de este Decreto.
