Art. 46. La Junta Directiva dará noticia al rematador ó su representante de la vacante y del día en que expira con un mes de anticipación, por lo menos, al día en que termine el período de arrendamiento. Esta noticia no puede ser revocada sin consentimiento del arrendatario. Si no se da la noticia oportunamente, se entenderá que se exime de la vacante al rematador.
