Art. 1.° Las funciones de los Tenientes políticos de la Renta de licores se extenderán en sus respectivas jurisdicciones, con las limitaciones que señala este Decreto y con las mismas facultades de que están investidos, á las rentas de pieles, degüello, tabaco, fósforos, cigarrillos, licores extranjeros y minas.
