En el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia se apropiará la partida de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), destinados a comprar los derechos literarios y a editar las primeras obras de la Biblioteca Escolar Colombiana. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional podrá contratar con los señores Tomás Cadavid Restrepo y Constanza Sanin de Díaz la adquisición de las obras de que son autores, tituladas: "Raíces Griegas y Latinas". "Glosario Técnico", y "Vocabulario Greco-Latino", y "El Lector Colombiano", respectivamente, con destino a dicha Biblioteca.
