Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo 338 y salvo estipulación expresa en contrario, las reformas estatutarias se aprobarán por la unanimidad de los socios colectivos y por la mayoría absoluta de votos de los comanditarios, y deberán reducirse a escritura pública.
