El Comité Interinstitucional tendrá una Secretaría Técnica que estará a cargo de la División de Relaciones Especiales de Trabajo, de la Dirección Técnica del Trabajo del Ministerio del Trabajo y Seguridad Social, la cual tendrá bajo su responsabilidad la preparación de las convocatorias a las reuniones y llevar las actas de las sesiones.
