Aplicación de normas concordantes. El uso por parte del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público de las facultades otorgadas por el presente decreto se hará sin perjuicio de las otorgadas por el artículo 1° del Decreto 3067 del 23 de diciembre de 1997 y del cumplimiento por parte de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones –Caprecom– de lo establecido en el artículo 2° del mismo.
