ARTICULO 2.1.2.6.- REGISTRO DE LA VARIACION EN EL CAPITAL Y EN LA SITUACION JURIDICA. En el Registro Nacional de Valores e Intermediarios, deberá inscribirse todo aumento o disminución de capital del emisor o del intermediario y cualquier cambio de la situación jurídica de los mismos. Para el efecto las Cámaras de Comercio y la Superintendencia Bancaria, avisarán de oficio a la Superintendencia de Valores sobre las variaciones que ellas registren en estos aspectos.
