Como entidades representativas del cooperativismo agropecuario, las cooperativas reguladas por el presente estatuto, disfrutarán preferentemente de las fuentes de crédito y cupos especiales de descuento establecidos en favor de las cooperativas del sector agropecuario por el artículo 99 de la Ley 135 de 1961, el literal d) del artículo 44 del Decreto número 2420 de 1968 y de más disposiciones vigentes o que en el futuro se dicten sobre la materia.
