º . Deberes de las Direcciones Seccionales y Locales. Es responsabilidad de las direcciones seccionales y locales de salud velar porque los establecimientos que prestan servicios de salud en su jurisdicción cuenten con licencia de funcionamiento al tenor de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto. Igualmente deberán mantener información actualizada sobre el proceso de licenciamiento y reportarla al Ministerio de Salud y/o a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud en el momento que se le solicite.
