Ejecución Presupuestal y de Reservas. Transitorio. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural ejecutará los gastos de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras, con cargo al presupuesto de la Sección Presupuestal correspondiente, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2011, o hasta que la Unidad entre en funcionamiento.
