Los miembros del Congreso tendrán derecho a percibir una Prima de Localización y Vivienda mensual, equivalente a setecientos mil pesos ($ 700.000.00), la cual no será considerada como factor salarial y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1o. de enero de 1992.
