El Oficial de Estadística tomará con el debido cuidado todos los datos referentes a los menores comparecientes al Juzgado, de acuerdo con la hoja elaborada en el Consejo Nacional de Protección Infantil y aprobada por la Contraloría General de la República, y hará mensual y anualmente las concentraciones de datos.
