Las actuaciones administrativas de la Superintendencia de Sociedades tendientes a determinar la responsabilidad de las personas jurídicas por la conducta prevista en el artículo 2° de esta ley se regirán por las disposiciones especiales del presente capítulo. En lo no previsto por la presente ley, se aplicarán las disposiciones de la parte primera de la Ley 1437 de 2011 o las normas que la modifiquen.
