DEL FONDO DE LA UNIDAD ADMINISTRATIVA ESPECIAL DE GESTIÓN DE RESTITUCIÓN DE TIERRAS DESPOJADAS. Créase el Fondo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas como un fondo sin personería jurídica, adscrito a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas. El Fondo tendrá como objetivo principal servir de instrumento financiero para la restitución de tierras de los despojados y el pago de compensaciones.
