º Las tarifas arancelarias para los vehículos importados desarmados sistemas CKD, por las industrias a que se refiere el artículo anterior, con destino al servicio público (taxis), serán las siguientes: Posición Descripción Gravamen % 87.02.01.99 Otros hasta 1.500 cc. de cilindrada 8 87.02.01.99 Otros de más de 1.500 cc. de cilindrada 23

Parágrafo

Exclúyense del régimen aquí previsto los motores para los vehículos de la posición 87.02.01.99 de este artículo, los cuales se clasificarán por la posición que les corresponda en el Arancel General de Aduanas y pagarán el gravamen allí señalado.
