Art. 1º. Los derechos de importación de la sal que se introduzcan por las Aduanas que se van a mencionar, serán los siguientes por cada doce y medio kilogramos: 1º En las Aduanas de Buenaventura, Tumaco é Ipiales, diez centavos ($ 0-10) oro; 2º.En las Aduanas de Arauca, Cúcuta y Orocué, treinta centavos ($ 0-30) oro; 3º.En los demás puertos de la República los derechos serán los fijados en la Ley 63 de 1903.
