°. Adjudicación de bienes a favor de la Nación. La adjudicación de bienes a favor de la Nación de que trata el inciso primero del artículo 840 del Estatuto Tributario es una forma de pago de las obligaciones fiscales por concepto de impuestos, anticipos, retenciones, sanciones, intereses y demás obligaciones administradas por la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales.
