º La facultad de sancionar a los titulares de licencias para la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora, conferida por el artículo 17 de la Ley 74 de 1966, al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, será ejercida por los Gobernadores, Intendentes y Comisarios y por el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, sin perjuicio de que también la ejerza este Ministerio.
