Art.13. o Cobrarán igualmente ocho reales para gastos de su oficina por el rol de la tripulacion de los buques mercantes nacionales que hacen el comercio con puertos estranjeros, cuyo documento debe extenderse en papel del sello cuarto, costeado por el capitan del buque. Los buques que hacen comercio de cabotaje, o el costanero solo deben pagar cuatro reales por rol.
