Apruébase el decreto de la Cámara provincial de Popayán de veintidós de Setiembre de mil ochocientos cuarenta i tres disponiendo que continúe cobrándose hasta el treinta i uno de Diciembre de mil ochocientos cincuenta i cuatro el impuesto de cuatro reales a favor de la instruccion primaria, sobre cada cabeza de ganado vacuno que se mate para el consumo público.
