El Gobierno y la Contraloría General de la República podrán delegar, transitoria o permanentemente, en las Contralorías o Contadurías Departamentales o en los funcionarios que estimen conveniente, todas o parte de las funciones de inspección y vigilancia de que trata la presente Ley.
