Es un conjunto de actividades seleccionadas como viables, previamente evaluadas social, técnica, económicamente y registradas y sistematizadas en el Departamento Nacional de Planeación.

En el plazo de un año y a partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación conjuntamente con el Fondo Nacional de Proyectos para el Desarrollo, deberán reglamentar el funcionamiento del Banco de Proyectos.

Los proyectos de inversión para el apoyo regional autorizados por la ley formarán parte del Banco de Proyectos.
