La solicitud de la autorización irá acompañada de la determinación de la obra ú obras que se intentan llevar á cabo, de los planos y estudios que demuestren su conveniencia y utilidad para el respectivo Municipio y del acuerdo por el cual se haya decretado la ejecución de la obra.
