Artículo segundo. Emitido los títulos, de conformidad con el Decreto 975 de 1977, la Dirección General de Tesorería, en la forma y cuantía señalados por el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, los estregará a la Dirección General de Crédito Público, quien a su vez los pondrá a disposición del Banco de la República para su administración.
