Los Técnicos Constructores con certificado, conforme a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, podrán ser nombrados para cargos relacionados con su profesión, en las entidades públicas nacionales, departamentales, regionales o municipales, siempre que la disposición que crea el cargo no exija que el titular del mismo sea ingeniero o arquitecto titulado y matriculado.
