Habilitaciones y permisos de operación otorgados en vigencia de los Decretos 3111 de 1997 y 1611 de 1998. Las habilitaciones y permisos de operación otorgados a las empresas de transporte marítimo durante la vigencia de los Decretos 3111 de 1997 y 1611 de 1998, se entienden homologadas a partir del 8 de mayo de 2001.
