°. queda prohibido el sacar de los hatos infectados o sospechosos animales vacunos sin la debida licencia del veterinario encargado dl control respectivo, quien en tal caso expedirá los certificados correspondientes. Queda igualmente prohibida la venta y permutan de reproductores machos o hembras y de becerras infectadas o sospechosos y su transporte a regiones indemnes, como también llevarlos a las plazas, mercados, ferias o exposiciones. Los ganados destinados al consumo que hayan dado reacción positiva o sospechosa deberán sacrificarse en el matadero del municipio a que corresponde la hacienda de donde provengan.
