En ningún caso las comisiones de que trata el artículo 29 podrán tener una duración superior a dos años. Las comisiones a que se refiere el literal a) del artículo anterior que deban ser cumplidas en el exterior, son de libre aceptación por parte del funcionario y no dan derecho a vocación de permanencia en el cargo que desempeña en comisión.
